Page 2, after line 36, insert:
"Sec. 2. Legislative intent
The legislature intends that the Arizona state board of pharmacy not be expected to release data pursuant to section 36-2604, subsection C, paragraph 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, as amended by this act, until the board is able to identify and acquire software that allows for data reporting by health care institutions."
